These are some common questions that have been asked about our classes. If you have other questions, please Contact Us. If you’re wondering about something, chances are there’s at least one other person who’d like the answer too!
Q: Can I bring my kids?
A: Children under the age of 10 are not permitted, except at specially marked children’s classes. Children aged 10-15 are permitted to join as a paying member of most classes, with an adult helper (please contact us before signing up, as not all classes will be suitable for all ages/skill levels). Anyone aged 16 or over is welcome to sign up for any class.
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: You should bring a standard stamper’s tool kit, consisting of scissors, a bone folder, and various adhesives. If a paper trimmer or other tool is required/suggested, it will be listed in the class description.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Because we purchase supplies and prepare a kit for each attendee in advance, we are unable to offer refunds.
Q: What if I can’t make it to class? What happens to my kit?
A: We will hold on to your kit until you make arrangements to pick it up. Your kit will include pre-cut cardstock, embellishments, and any other consumables, in addition to printed instructions. It will be up to you to stamp your pieces and assemble your cards/project.
Q: Do you serve refreshments at your classes?
A: Refreshments vary from class to class, but bottled water is always available.
Q: Where are the classes held?
A: Typically, classes are held at Katie’s house near Vandalia, Ohio. Occasionally, they are held at the Vandalia Recreation Center or other location. The class location will be in the description.
Q: What time are the classes?
A: Most weeknight classes are from 7 pm to 9 pm. If we feel you’ll need more time to complete your projects, we may move the start time to 6:30 pm. Please check the class description carefully for the start time – you’ll need the full class time to complete your project, and we start on time.
Q: Can I buy extra kits?
A: Check the class description. Sometimes extra kits are available for an additional charge. If you purchase additional kits, you may need to stamp your pieces during the class, and assemble at home on your own, due to time constraints.
Q: Do you offer private classes for groups?
A: Yes, private classes are available. Contact Us to make arrangements.
Q: Is there a group discount available?
A: At this time, we are unable to offer a group discount on classes.
Q: Do you offer individual instruction:
A: Yes, we offer one-on-one instruction. Contact Us for rates and availability.
